小学生正处于性发育逐渐成熟、性意识开始萌动的重要时期。构建性健康教育体系是提高农村小学性健康教育实效性的重要举措。针对农村小学开展性健康教育存在的阻力和因难，应从观念、内容、方法以及保障等方面构建合理而实用的性健康教育体系。
小學生正處于性髮育逐漸成熟、性意識開始萌動的重要時期。構建性健康教育體繫是提高農村小學性健康教育實效性的重要舉措。針對農村小學開展性健康教育存在的阻力和因難，應從觀唸、內容、方法以及保障等方麵構建閤理而實用的性健康教育體繫。
소학생정처우성발육축점성숙、성의식개시맹동적중요시기。구건성건강교육체계시제고농촌소학성건강교육실효성적중요거조。침대농촌소학개전성건강교육존재적조력화인난，응종관념、내용、방법이급보장등방면구건합리이실용적성건강교육체계。
Pupils are in the important period when their sexual development matures gradually and sexual awareness starts. Constructing the sexual health education system is an important measure to improve the efficiency of sexual health education in rural schools. For the resistance and difficulties in developing the sexual health education in rural primary schools, we should construct a reasonable and practical sexual health education system covering concepts, contents, methods and support.
