中国法律史史料除见诸史籍外,还见之于传世的和地下发掘的其他历史文物,而对文物中法律史料的研究和利用是目前我国法律史和法学研究中的薄弱环节。为此,本文概括介绍甲骨文、铭文、盟书、简牍等重要史料中的法律信息,试图阐明研究和利用文物中法律史料的重要意义。

The Chinese law historical data besides sees the various historical records,but also sees it to other historical relics which is handed down for generations and underground excavates,but to the cultural relic in the legal historical data research and the use is in the present our country law history and the legal science research weak link.Therefore,this article will summarize the introduction inscription on animal bones and tortoise shells,the engraved inscription and so on the important legal historical data,and will extract its legal information from them,will attempt to expound in the research and the use cultural relic the legal historical data vital significance.
