为了探讨盐藻粉对奶牛产奶性能免疫机能的影响,试验选择处于泌乳中期的健康荷斯坦奶牛18头分为对照组、1.5倍VA(165IU/kg)组和盐藻粉组进行饲喂试验。结果表明,日粮中添加盐藻粉或1.5倍VA对奶牛的产奶性能有一定促进效果,盐藻粉组优于1.5倍VA组;添加盐藻粉可显著降低乳中体细胞数,血清IgG抗体和IgM抗体浓度也有明显增加的趋势;添加1.5倍VA也可显著降低乳中体细胞数,血清IgG抗体浓度有明显升高的趋势。

위료탐토염조분대내우산내성능면역궤능적영향,시험선택처우비유중기적건강하사탄내우18두분위대조조、1.5배VA(165IU/kg)조화염조분조진행사위시험。결과표명,일량중첨가염조분혹1.5배VA대내우적산내성능유일정촉진효과,염조분조우우1.5배VA조;첨가염조분가현저강저유중체세포수,혈청IgG항체화IgM항체농도야유명현증가적추세;첨가1.5배VA야가현저강저유중체세포수,혈청IgG항체농도유명현승고적추세。
The present study was conducted to discuss the effects of Dunaliella salina powder(DSP)on milk performance and immune function.18 healthy Holstein cows in mid lactation were randomly blocked into three groups(control group,1.5 times of vitamin A group and DSP group).The results showed that the addition of DSP or 1.5 times of vitamin A in the diet of dairy cows could improve the milk performance and that DSP group was better than 1.5 times of vitamin A group.The milk somatic cell counts were significantly decreased for the DSP group,and the concentration of IgG and IgM in serum also showed a significantly increasing tendency.The addition of 1.5 times of vitamin A could significantly decrease the milk somatic cell counts,and the serum IgG content also tended to increase.
