塔吊基础按常规方案,视地基承载力条件,采用大块厚混凝土板重力式基础,或承台式桩基础,文章因特定的限制条件采取在地下室侧墙板上挑出混凝土塔吊安装平台板,在板下做混凝土斜柱支撑,构成悬挑支架式塔吊基础,该方案合理地利用建筑结构的抗力.满足塔吊安装与工况平衡要求。取得了较好的技术经济效益。
塔弔基礎按常規方案,視地基承載力條件,採用大塊厚混凝土闆重力式基礎,或承檯式樁基礎,文章因特定的限製條件採取在地下室側牆闆上挑齣混凝土塔弔安裝平檯闆,在闆下做混凝土斜柱支撐,構成懸挑支架式塔弔基礎,該方案閤理地利用建築結構的抗力.滿足塔弔安裝與工況平衡要求。取得瞭較好的技術經濟效益。

gravity type this project, Accoraling to standard process of tower crane foundations design, large size thick concrete plate foundation or plummer type pile foundation have been used based on different bearing capacity. In a concrete platform for installing crane has been overhung on the basements side wall and an inclined concrete column has been set for supporting platform, thus an overhanging bracket type tower crane's foundation has been set up. This design rationally uses building's structural resistance to satisfy the requirement of tower crane's installation and working balance and has achieved better techno-ecnomical benefit.
