淹水常会对林木的形态特征、生理学特征和新陈代谢产生不可逆的伤害,但有些抗淹能力强的树种会从形态和生理两方面适应淹水胁迫。为了明确银木对淹水适应性的表现,以1a生银木容器苗为试材,研究了其在不同淹水高度(0cm、15cm、30cm)和淹水时间(7d、14d、21d)下高度生长量及叶片叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明:在淹水条件下,苗高生长明显受到抑制;淹水深度和淹水时间均对银木叶绿素含量产生明显影响,且随着淹水时间的延长,叶绿素含量有显著下降趋势。淹水21d后排水观察发现,淹水后银木死亡率均较高,淹水深度0cm、15cm和30cm处理的死亡率分别为40%、80%和90%。

Flooding often leads to irreversible morphological, physiological and metabolism damages to trees, but some anti-flooding species could adjust their morphological and physiological characteristics to adapt. In order to make clear the flooding adaptability of C. septentrionale, taking 1 a container seedlings as material, plant height and chlorophyll content in leaves after different flooding depth treatments (0 era, 15 cm, 30 era) and different flooding time treatments (7 d, 14 d, and 21 d) were studied. The results showed that flooding stress could restrain significantly the growth of seedlings; flooding depth and time could reduce chlorophyll content; the longer be flooded the fewer chlorophyll in leaves. Observation after 21 d flooding showed a high mortality of C. septentrionale, which were 40%, 80% and 90% respectively corresponding to the flooding depth of 0 cm, 15 cm, 30 cm.
