对溅板式层板喷注单元撞击后产生的两个相同受控液扇的混合特性进行研究,探讨液扇扩张角β对混合效率因子Em的影响。研究过程中对圆柱射流流强分布数学模型进行分析并改进,建立了适用于两个相同受控液扇撞击后的流强分布的数学模型。模拟计算Em值与试验值的偏差在-0.86%~12.9%之间。研究结果表明:当β〈60°时,Em随β的增加而增加,当β〉60°时Em变化规律不明显。
對濺闆式層闆噴註單元撞擊後產生的兩箇相同受控液扇的混閤特性進行研究,探討液扇擴張角β對混閤效率因子Em的影響。研究過程中對圓柱射流流彊分佈數學模型進行分析併改進,建立瞭適用于兩箇相同受控液扇撞擊後的流彊分佈的數學模型。模擬計算Em值與試驗值的偏差在-0.86%~12.9%之間。研究結果錶明:噹β〈60°時,Em隨β的增加而增加,噹β〉60°時Em變化規律不明顯。

The research on mixture characteristic of two same liquid sheets generated after the impinging of splash platelet injector is conducted.The effect of expanding angle(β) of liquid sheets on mixing efficiency(Em) is discussed.In the process of investigation,the mathematical models of the mass flux distribution generated by single like liquid sheets impinging are founded based on analyzing and revising the mathematical models of mass flux distribution of two cylindrical jets impinging.The comparison result indicates that the relative deviation between suimulation calculation Em value and experimental value is in the range of-0.86% to 12.9%.The research results show that Em increases with the increase of β when β is less than 60°,but the variation law of Em along with the expanding angle is disordered when the angle is in the range of 60°-90°.
