通过实地调查,研究分析了以严寒地区2个农村的住宅为代表的寒地农村建筑的采光、照明现状,目的在于发现该类建筑的采光和照明的可行性设计策略。结果表明:目前此类建筑基本满足我国采光要求;照明光源主要采用普通荧光灯,但节能灯的使用不是很普遍。结论指出农村住宅应控制体形系数小于0.5;窗户设置宜南向开大窗,北向开小窗,并且在冬季如果使用塑料布密封窗户,要遵循使室内气流"进难出易"的原则;有条件的情况下可以在建筑南墙外侧采用简易式阳光间;照明方面在农村地区加强对节能灯使用的宣传和推广,并且根据具体情况有选择地使用普通白炽灯。

Based on the practical investigation,the paper analyzed the present state of natural lighting and illumination in the rural buildings represented by residence in 2 villages in northern extremely cold areas to find out the feasible design strategy on lighting and illumination.Results show that natural lighting of such building has basically met lighting regulations of our country.Fluorescent lamp is mainly used in the illumination of each home,and the use of energy saving lamp isn't common.The conclusions are obtained as follows: The residence type coefficient should be controlled under 0.5,and the large window should be set in south and small in north.When the windows are sealed up with plastic in winter,the principle must be followed that indoor air should be difficult to enter the space between windows and plastic,but easy to go out.It is also practicable that easy solar house is adopted along outside of the south wall as much as possible.In illumination,we should strengthen propaganda and promotion of energy-save lamps in rural areas,and the use of incandescent lamps is also in accordance with specific conditions.
