Recently,the equipment manufacturing industry structure is adjusted and optimized,so bachelor-type innovative talents with high-technical ability are needed urgently.To meet the demand,the training mode for bachelor-type innovative talents with high-technical ability is put forward,by which bachelor cultivating,high-technical ability training and innovation practicing are integrated.Based on ＂four abilities＂ of students and six teaching modules,the new mode realizes interaction and connection of each element by means of the ＂credit bank＂.The new mode is helpful to explore new ways to carry out ＂A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers＂.
