作为校园安全稳定的重要管理者和维护者，在学生突发事件预防中，辅导员必须明晰高校学生突发事件的起因，明确应当承担的政治引导、思想教育、日常管理、心理疏导以及安全教育等职责，必须不断提高政治判断力、沟通能力、信息管理能力、分类指导能力和危机管理能力等素质。
作為校園安全穩定的重要管理者和維護者，在學生突髮事件預防中，輔導員必鬚明晰高校學生突髮事件的起因，明確應噹承擔的政治引導、思想教育、日常管理、心理疏導以及安全教育等職責，必鬚不斷提高政治判斷力、溝通能力、信息管理能力、分類指導能力和危機管理能力等素質。
작위교완안전은정적중요관리자화유호자，재학생돌발사건예방중，보도원필수명석고교학생돌발사건적기인，명학응당승담적정치인도、사상교육、일상관리、심리소도이급안전교육등직책，필수불단제고정치판단력、구통능력、신식관리능력、분류지도능력화위궤관리능력등소질。
Counselors , as the important managers and defenders for the campus stability, must clarify the causes of college student emergencies, ascertain responsibilities which they should bear , such as the political guidance, ideological education, daily management, psychological counsehng and safety education duties etc, and constantly improve the ability of political judgement, communication, information management, classified guidance and crisis management in the students＇ emergency prevention.
