A maroon colored Yixing clay teapot in hexagon shape with jadelike texture was made for sensuous enjoyment based on the design incorporating Chinese ideas of ＂square＂ and ＂round＂,using the fabrication techniques of the undecorated glossy square purple clay teapot and the construction concepts of lines.
