In designing and implementing the program of helping and supporting the "disadvantaged student groups" in universities,the bottom perspective helps detect students' inner demands,reflecting educators' value reason,sense of problems as well as their down-to-earth work style.This perspective being taken in the helping and supporting program,the "disadvantaged groups" will gain the best possible development.
