探讨急性冠脉综合症患者早期进行康复活动有助于减少因长期卧床引起的并发症，有利于患者的心理健康恢复。方法：对22例60岁以上未行PCI（经过冠脉介入）或CABG（冠状劲脉旁路术）等冠脉血运重建术的老年ACS患者早期康复活动及出院后的临床观察。结果：老年ACS患者在参加早期康复活动后，无一例患者出现长期卧床后易出现的并发症。结论：对未行血运重建的ACS患者（包括老年患者），推行早期康复活动方案及早期出院，可减轻患者及家属的经济及精神负担，促进ACS患者的早日康复，增加医疗单位病床利用率，降低总医疗费用。
탐토급성관맥종합증환자조기진행강복활동유조우감소인장기와상인기적병발증，유리우환자적심리건강회복。방법：대22례60세이상미행PCI（경과관맥개입）혹CABG（관상경맥방로술）등관맥혈운중건술적노년ACS환자조기강복활동급출원후적림상관찰。결과：노년ACS환자재삼가조기강복활동후，무일례환자출현장기와상후역출현적병발증。결론：대미행혈운중건적ACS환자（포괄노년환자），추행조기강복활동방안급조기출원，가감경환자급가속적경제급정신부담，촉진ACS환자적조일강복，증가의료단위병상이용솔，강저총의료비용。
Objective Explore that the early rehabilitation with the sufferers with ACS will be conducive to reduce the complication and be beneficial to mental health. Methods For the 22 cases over 60 years,observe the sufferers with non-revascularization. Results The old patients with the early rehabilitation have no complications. Conclusion The early rehabilitation may ease offmental and economical pressure, promote the early recovery and enhance the rate of bed usage and reduce the cost of medical care.
