介紹瞭高溫壓電材料的研究現狀,綜述瞭鈣鈦礦、鎢青銅型、鉍層狀、堿金屬鈮痠鹽結構體繫4種不同壓電陶瓷的結構及研究情況,併指齣瞭高居裏點壓電陶瓷的研究方嚮和髮展趨勢。

This paper reviewed the high Curie temperature piezoelectric materials, including tungsten bronze, bismuth layer structured, Perovskite types piezoelectric ceramics and corundum structure ceramics. The research studies on the development of four different structure types high curies piezoelectric ceramics were also reviewed. In addition, the research direction and piezoelectric ceramic development trend were discussed.
