油层在钻井、完井、修井以及生产过程中皆遭受不同程度的污染。因此,恢复和提高油层渗流能力就尤为重要,酸化是恢复和提高油层渗透能力的主要手段。酸化恢复油层渗透能力关键环节之一是选择适合储层的经济的酸化配方。文章对新疆某油田储层酸化配方进行了筛选和性能评价。评价的性能主要有:酸液的溶蚀性、酸液的缓速性、界表面张力、酸液的缓蚀性、酸液与地层水和原油的配伍性、酸液的悬浮性。最后用动态实验模拟现场酸化对所筛选配方进行了综合评价。

Reservoir in the drilling,completion,workover and production process is subjected to different degrees of pollution.Therefore,the ability to restore and improve the oil flow is particularly important.The increased oil recovery and acid is the primary means of penetration.To restore the reservoir permeability,one of the key aspects is to choose the economical reservoir acidification formula.This article aims to screen and evaluate the performance of the acidification formula of the reservoir in an oil field in Xinjiang.The data of performance evaluation mainly include: the corrosion of acid,the acid nature of the retarder,the surface tension of industry,acid corrosion resistance,acid and the formation water and crude oil compatibility,and the suspension of the acid.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation on the selected formula is by made a dynamic experiment of simulating on-site acidification.
