本文介绍了“5S”管理的内涵，分析当前实验实训教学存在的问题。将“5s”管理理念推行到实验课堂中，提高实践教学质量、实验室管理人员的管理能力、学生实验动手能力和职业素养。通过实践证明，“5S”管理应用于化学类实验（训）教学是可行的。
本文介紹瞭“5S”管理的內涵，分析噹前實驗實訓教學存在的問題。將“5s”管理理唸推行到實驗課堂中，提高實踐教學質量、實驗室管理人員的管理能力、學生實驗動手能力和職業素養。通過實踐證明，“5S”管理應用于化學類實驗（訓）教學是可行的。

This paper introduces the connotation of ＂ 5S＂ management, to analyze the current problems existing in the experimental practice teaching by applying the ＂ 5S＂ management concepts into the experimental class; improving practical teaching quality, the management of laboratory assistant, the professional demeanor and experiment ability of students.Through the practice of proof, to apply the ＂ 5S ＂ management into the teaching of chemical experiment is applicable.
