This paper introduced the technical revamp of MIP - CGP process in Qilu Ⅱ FCC unit, as well as problem analysis and corresponding solutions. Operation effect was compared before and after revamp. The comparative result showed that the MIP - CGP process could improve the distribution of products and their properties.
