Koelreuteria paniculata%Germination traits%Nutritional composition
对采自江西农业大学校园内10株栾树种子的播种品质和营养成分含量进行分析,结果表明:不同单株栾树种子发芽品质和营养物质的积累存在差异,在采种母树选择上,除种源外还要考虑单株的筛选;10个单株中,5号千粒重最重,达9.04 g,种子发芽性状及营养物质积累均处于较高水平,为10个单株中的优良单株;种子千粒重、含水量达到极显著水平,可作为种子品质选择指标;单株种子实验室与场圃发芽趋势基本一致,其中6号单株发芽率为96.33%、场圃发芽率为34.67%,达到最高;种子蛋白质含量为560.37~694.16mg/g,可溶性糖含量为504.35~587.18 mg/g,可溶性淀粉含量为487.05~567.06 mg/g,脂肪含量为3.79%~9.08%,仅脂肪含量差异极显著,蛋白质、可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉差异不显著。

The experiment materials were collected from the seeds of Koelreuteria paniculata on Jiangxi Agricultural University campus. In the paper the sowing quality and nutrient ingredient contents were discussed. The main result showed that the individual is considered was a norm of the selection of trees for seed collection besides provenance, because the sprouting quality and nutrient ingredient were difference among the different individual of Koelreuteria paniculata. The 5th was excellent one on the basis of the better standard of seed sprouting quality and accumulation of nutrient ingredient. There were remarkable difference among 1 000-grain weight and water content, so they were viewed as the index of selection of seed quality. The field germination rate of seeds was in accordance with the experiment germination rate. The contents of protein, soluble sugar, soluble starch and fat seeds are varied in 504.35 - 587 mg/g ,504.35 -587.18 mg/g ,487. 05 - 567.06 mg/g ,3.79% - 9.08% respectively, which were not significant differences except fat.
