为明确SHD,CHW,JL-1,JL-8,16等5个番茄品系果实品质差异及贮藏期间果实品质变化和耐贮藏性,以该5个不同硬度番茄品系为材料,通过在塑料拱棚栽培,对其果实品质及储藏期间果实品质变化进行研究。结果表明:采收当天品系SHD果实硬度最大;品系16可溶性固形物含量最高,果实硬度和呼吸强度均最小;品系JL-1的可溶性糖含量、糖酸比均最高;品系CHW的有机酸含量、呼吸强度均最高,可溶性固形物含量最低;品系JL-8可溶性糖含量、糖酸比均最低。5个番茄品系经过贮藏,果实硬度和呼吸强度均有不同程度下降。贮藏到10 d时,JL-8硬度最大,JL-1和16硬度最小;CHW有机酸含量在整个贮藏期一直最高,SHD有机酸含量一直最低;品系16可溶性固形物含量一直最高。可见,果实硬度高的品系,耐贮藏性相对较好,无畸形果,但糖酸含量相对较低;果实较软的品系,耐贮藏性相对较差,易出现畸形果,但糖酸含量相对较高。
為明確SHD,CHW,JL-1,JL-8,16等5箇番茄品繫果實品質差異及貯藏期間果實品質變化和耐貯藏性,以該5箇不同硬度番茄品繫為材料,通過在塑料拱棚栽培,對其果實品質及儲藏期間果實品質變化進行研究。結果錶明:採收噹天品繫SHD果實硬度最大;品繫16可溶性固形物含量最高,果實硬度和呼吸彊度均最小;品繫JL-1的可溶性糖含量、糖痠比均最高;品繫CHW的有機痠含量、呼吸彊度均最高,可溶性固形物含量最低;品繫JL-8可溶性糖含量、糖痠比均最低。5箇番茄品繫經過貯藏,果實硬度和呼吸彊度均有不同程度下降。貯藏到10 d時,JL-8硬度最大,JL-1和16硬度最小;CHW有機痠含量在整箇貯藏期一直最高,SHD有機痠含量一直最低;品繫16可溶性固形物含量一直最高。可見,果實硬度高的品繫,耐貯藏性相對較好,無畸形果,但糖痠含量相對較低;果實較軟的品繫,耐貯藏性相對較差,易齣現畸形果,但糖痠含量相對較高。
위명학SHD,CHW,JL-1,JL-8,16등5개번가품계과실품질차이급저장기간과실품질변화화내저장성,이해5개불동경도번가품계위재료,통과재소료공붕재배,대기과실품질급저장기간과실품질변화진행연구。결과표명:채수당천품계SHD과실경도최대;품계16가용성고형물함량최고,과실경도화호흡강도균최소;품계JL-1적가용성당함량、당산비균최고;품계CHW적유궤산함량、호흡강도균최고,가용성고형물함량최저;품계JL-8가용성당함량、당산비균최저。5개번가품계경과저장,과실경도화호흡강도균유불동정도하강。저장도10 d시,JL-8경도최대,JL-1화16경도최소;CHW유궤산함량재정개저장기일직최고,SHD유궤산함량일직최저;품계16가용성고형물함량일직최고。가견,과실경도고적품계,내저장성상대교호,무기형과,단당산함량상대교저;과실교연적품계,내저장성상대교차,역출현기형과,단당산함량상대교고。
The fruit quality trait and change in storage period of 5 different hardness tomato strains were tested under plastic tunnel cultivation,in order to explicit the difference of fruit quality,the change in storage period and storability.The result showed the fruit hardness of strain SHD was highest on harvest day;the soluble solid content of the strain 16 was highest,fruit hardness and breathing strength were lowest;the soluble sugar content and sugar-acid of strain JL-1 were highest;the organic acid and respiration intensity of CHW were highest,the soluble solid content was lowest;that of JL-8 were lowest.In fruit storage period,the hardness and breathing strength descended in different degrees.On the tenth day,the hardness of JL-8 was highest,JL-1 and 16 were minimal;in the storage period,the organic acids content of CHW was highest,that of SHD was lowest;the soluble solids content of strain 16 was highest.So the strains which had high fruit hardness had better storability,and no deformity fruit were found,but the content of sugar and acid was lower;the strains which had soft fruit had poorer storability,and deformed fruit could be easily found,but the content of sugar and acid was higher.
