牙鲆、半滑舌鳎、黄盖鲽和石鲽等比目鱼类味道鲜美，营养价值高，经济效益好，历来是我国渤海地区重要的海水鱼类捕捞品种。然而，近些年生态环境恶化以及过度捕捞导致资源衰退严重，因此，通过增殖放流提高和恢复资源量对产业发展、渔民增收和生态环境改善均具有十分重要的意义。本文从技术、经济、生态等多角度对渤海经济比目鱼类资源增殖放流进行分析，指出该项活动中现存以及未来可能面临的各种问题，并提出相应的管理建议。
牙鲆、半滑舌鰨、黃蓋鰈和石鰈等比目魚類味道鮮美，營養價值高，經濟效益好，歷來是我國渤海地區重要的海水魚類捕撈品種。然而，近些年生態環境噁化以及過度捕撈導緻資源衰退嚴重，因此，通過增殖放流提高和恢複資源量對產業髮展、漁民增收和生態環境改善均具有十分重要的意義。本文從技術、經濟、生態等多角度對渤海經濟比目魚類資源增殖放流進行分析，指齣該項活動中現存以及未來可能麵臨的各種問題，併提齣相應的管理建議。

Flatfishes, such as flounder, stone flounder, marbled sole, have always been China＇s Bohai region＇s key species of marine fishes, for their delicious taste, high nourishment and good economic returns. However, the recent deterioration of the ecological environment, as well as over-fishing led to a serious decline of resources, therefore, enhancing the amount of resources through the proliferation of releasing is of great significance in restoring the development of industry, improving fishermen＇s income and the ecological environment. This article, from the technical, economic, and ecological point of view, analyzing the proliferation of flatfish of the Bohai sea, points out the various problems existing and may facing in the future, and proposes appropriate management recommendations.
