研究表明,贫困大学生极易产生一些心理困惑,如自卑、抑郁、人际交往敏感、焦虑等。积极心理健康教育理论作为引领中国心理健康教育新方向的一面旗帜,通过营建积极是校园生态、激发自身主动性、建立积极信念和提高心理弹性等措施,可以有效帮助贫困大学生摆脱不良的心理困扰,促使他们更好的适应大学的学习和生活,并对未来的社会适应奠定基础。
研究錶明,貧睏大學生極易產生一些心理睏惑,如自卑、抑鬱、人際交往敏感、焦慮等。積極心理健康教育理論作為引領中國心理健康教育新方嚮的一麵旂幟,通過營建積極是校園生態、激髮自身主動性、建立積極信唸和提高心理彈性等措施,可以有效幫助貧睏大學生襬脫不良的心理睏擾,促使他們更好的適應大學的學習和生活,併對未來的社會適應奠定基礎。

Research shows that impoverished college students are apt to be thrown into mental confusion,such as inferiority,depression,interpersonal sensitivity,and anxiety. The theory of positive mental health education,a banner of following a new direction of education,can,by means of creating a kind of positive campus ecology,stimulating impoverished college students' initiative,fostering their positive belief,and improving their mental flexibility,effectively help them to get rid of their psychological distress,prompt them to be better adapted to college life,and lay a solid foundation for their future life in society.
