Coleus blumei%cutting%Sucrose%Illumination
[目的]为五色草的繁殖技术提供科学依据.[方法]以盆栽五色草健壮枝条为试材,研究了蔗糖浓度对其扦插生根的影响,以及光照对其生长的影响.[结果]与对照(清水)相比,低浓度与高浓度蔗糖溶液对五色草插穗的生根均无明显的促进作用;光照有助于已生根五色草插穗的生长;插穗的剪截处理和插后的管理措施对水插根生根率有较大影响.[结论]蔗糖溶液对五色草插穗生根无促进作用;光照有利于五色草插穗的生长.

[Objective] The study aimed to provide scientific basis for propagation of Coleus blumei. [Method] With branches of potted Coleus blumei as test materials, the effects of different sucrose concentration on cutting rooting, and effects of illumination on it were studied. [Result] Compared with CK, there had no significant influence on cutting rooting of low concentration sucrose and high concentration sucrose; illumination was good to the growth of cutting rooting of Coleus blumei; there had a significant effects of cutting treatment and management measures on rooting rate. [Conclusion] Sucrose had no promoting effect on cutting rooting of Coleus blumei; but illumination was good to its growth.
