首先分析水平井筒里抽油杆柱的运动状态,考虑柱塞与悬点运动的不一致性,找出杆柱受力最大和最小的位置时刻,根据井筒中抽油杆柱的空间几何关系,考虑抽油杆的约束条件和井斜角、方位角的变化等边界条件后,建立抽油杆柱的力学模型,并对模型进行相关分析,对杆柱的优化设计和优化配套防偏磨的工艺具有一定的指导意义.
首先分析水平井筒裏抽油桿柱的運動狀態,攷慮柱塞與懸點運動的不一緻性,找齣桿柱受力最大和最小的位置時刻,根據井筒中抽油桿柱的空間幾何關繫,攷慮抽油桿的約束條件和井斜角、方位角的變化等邊界條件後,建立抽油桿柱的力學模型,併對模型進行相關分析,對桿柱的優化設計和優化配套防偏磨的工藝具有一定的指導意義.

The movement of sucker rods in horizontal well is investigated. Considering the discordance of the movement of plunger and suspension center, the position where the load on sucker rod is maximum and minimum is found. Considering the boundary conditions of well deviation angle change, azimuth change and the constraints of rod strings, the mechanical model of sucker rod was made based on the spatial mechanical model of rod string. Verified by an example calculation,the curve of axial load of sucker rod and depth of oil well is nonlinear, this is consistent with reality. Basing on the mechanical model, the design of rods and mating technology for controlling eccentric wear can be optimized.
