针对工业生产上采用二次蒸馏法精制2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶(CCMP)的存在的主要问题,通过低温结晶的办法,优化精制工艺,使CCMP合成的总收率达到了74%.与原有工艺相比,合成总收率提高了7%,减少了废渣的排放,有效地降低了生产成本,经济和社会效益显著,具有很好的推广应用价值.

According to the main problem of refining technology of 2-chlor-5-chlormethylpyridine by twice distillation, effective improvement was studied to increase the reaction conversion to 74% by crystallication at low temperature. Compared with original technology, the reaction conversion was increased 7 %, and the production cost was reduced. The results indicated that the new method had an obvious economic and social benefits,and was worthy of extensions and applications.
