Siegesbeckia glabrescens%kaurane%diterpenoids
目的:对毛梗郗莶(Siegesbeckia glabrescens Makino.)地上部分的化学成分进行分离,并鉴定其化学结构。方法:采用柱层色谱法进行分离,从中分离到6个化合物,用IR,MS,1 H NMR,13 CNMR和2 DNMR等光谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:经光谱鉴定化合物为:化合物(Ⅰ)大花酸(grandifloric acid),化合物(Ⅱ)16β,17-二羟基-贝壳杉烷(16β,17-dihydroxy-kaurane),化合物(Ⅲ)阿魏酸(ferulic acid),化合物(Ⅳ)二十七烷醇(heptacosanol),化合物(Ⅴ)β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol),化合物(Ⅵ)琥珀酸(succinic acid)。结论:化合物(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ)为kaurane型二萜类化合物,化合物(Ⅲ)、(Ⅳ)、(Ⅵ)为首次从该植物中分离得到。
目的:對毛梗郗薟(Siegesbeckia glabrescens Makino.)地上部分的化學成分進行分離,併鑒定其化學結構。方法:採用柱層色譜法進行分離,從中分離到6箇化閤物,用IR,MS,1 H NMR,13 CNMR和2 DNMR等光譜技術鑒定化閤物的結構。結果:經光譜鑒定化閤物為:化閤物(Ⅰ)大花痠(grandifloric acid),化閤物(Ⅱ)16β,17-二羥基-貝殼杉烷(16β,17-dihydroxy-kaurane),化閤物(Ⅲ)阿魏痠(ferulic acid),化閤物(Ⅳ)二十七烷醇(heptacosanol),化閤物(Ⅴ)β-穀甾醇(β-sitosterol),化閤物(Ⅵ)琥珀痠(succinic acid)。結論:化閤物(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ)為kaurane型二萜類化閤物,化閤物(Ⅲ)、(Ⅳ)、(Ⅵ)為首次從該植物中分離得到。
목적:대모경치렴(Siegesbeckia glabrescens Makino.)지상부분적화학성분진행분리,병감정기화학결구。방법:채용주층색보법진행분리,종중분리도6개화합물,용IR,MS,1 H NMR,13 CNMR화2 DNMR등광보기술감정화합물적결구。결과:경광보감정화합물위:화합물(Ⅰ)대화산(grandifloric acid),화합물(Ⅱ)16β,17-이간기-패각삼완(16β,17-dihydroxy-kaurane),화합물(Ⅲ)아위산(ferulic acid),화합물(Ⅳ)이십칠완순(heptacosanol),화합물(Ⅴ)β-곡치순(β-sitosterol),화합물(Ⅵ)호박산(succinic acid)。결론:화합물(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ)위kaurane형이첩류화합물,화합물(Ⅲ)、(Ⅳ)、(Ⅵ)위수차종해식물중분리득도。
OBJECTIVE: To study components of aerial part of Siegesbeckia glabrescens. METHODS: Various colum chromatography with silic gel was employed for the isolation and purification ingredients. Their structures were elucidated by IR, MS, 1 H NMR and 13CNMR analysis. RESULTS: Six constituents were obtained, their structures were elucidated as grandifloric acid (Ⅰ), 16β, 17-dihydroxy-kaurane (Ⅱ), ferulic acid (Ⅲ), heptacosanol (Ⅳ), β-sitosterol (Ⅴ) and succinic acid (Ⅵ). CONCLUSION: Compounds (Ⅲ), (Ⅳ) and (Ⅵ) were separated from S. glabrescens for first time.
