目的:研究鼓槌石斛的化学成分.方法:采用硅胶及Sephadax LH-20凝胶柱色谱法分离化合物,运用波谱学方法确定结构.结果:从鼓槌石斛中分离得到10个化合物,分别为(+)-syringare sinol(1),5α,8α-epidioxy-24(R)-methycholesta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (2), trans-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-acrylic acid octacosyl ester (3), defusin (4),3,4-dihydroxy-benzoic acid (5), 3,4-dimethoxy-benzoic acid (6), vanillic acid (7), 3,4-dimethoxy-benzoic acid methyl ester (8),3,5-dibromo-2-amino-benzaldehyde(9),heptadecanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxy-propyl ester(10).结论:化合物1,2及6～10均为首次从鼓槌石斛中分离得到.
