秭归青干河大桥钢管拱桁架节段吊装采用缆索吊机斜拉扣挂悬臂拼装施工,吊装至第十节段时,曾发生后锚碇砼开裂施工事故,通过对致裂问题探讨并采取施加恒定预顶力,同时辅以压重和过载等处理方法,顺利将钢管拱安装至合拢。实践表明,该处理方法较为成功,值得探讨与借鉴。
秭歸青榦河大橋鋼管拱桁架節段弔裝採用纜索弔機斜拉釦掛懸臂拼裝施工,弔裝至第十節段時,曾髮生後錨碇砼開裂施工事故,通過對緻裂問題探討併採取施加恆定預頂力,同時輔以壓重和過載等處理方法,順利將鋼管拱安裝至閤攏。實踐錶明,該處理方法較為成功,值得探討與藉鑒。

The steel tubular arch truss articulations of Qinggan River bridge were fastened and connected by cableway crane with cable-stayed cantilever. But crack appeared on hind anchorage block when the tenth articulation was suspending. Based on the study of the cause, some treatment means such as pre-stressing steady upward force, weighting and pressing with superimposed load were taken, the steel tubular arch was at last connected successfully. It proves that the treatment means are available and worth studying.
