从硬度、抗裂性和耐磨性等试验着手,通过分析堆焊层的显微结构,明确其合金化机理及形成条件,进而实现强化机构的量化设计,达到堆焊层显微结构的取利避害,解决高硬度和抗裂性之间的矛盾,并研制出综合性能优异的铁基耐磨堆焊合金。

The experiments of hardness、anti-cracking and wearing resistanceshave been made. The alloy ing mechanism has been clarified due to the analysis of phases, the strengthened structure has been quantifiedly designed, so that the surfacing structure has been promoted and the contradiction between high-hardness and the capacity of anti-cracking has been dealt with. Finally, the Fe-based surfacing alloy with the excellent properties has been created.
