小花碱茅叶对盐胁迫的适应性在显微结构上主要表现为:叶片及叶肉变厚,叶横切面面积增大,增大了光合面积;叶表皮细胞壁强烈硅化,气孔的保卫细胞壁也形成较厚的硅化层,叶脉两端硅化细胞数明显增多,利于减少水分散失;叶脉上端机械组织厚度明显增加,下端变化不大,泡状细胞深陷且数量多、个体大,可在水分缺乏时迅速卷起叶片;上、下表皮气孔数也有增加,气孔下面形成气下室,气体交换作用加强;叶肉细胞排列整齐、紧密,并与维管束紧密结合,提高了CO-2利用效率;维管束数目显著增多,单位维管束的运输能力也明显提高。
小花堿茅葉對鹽脅迫的適應性在顯微結構上主要錶現為:葉片及葉肉變厚,葉橫切麵麵積增大,增大瞭光閤麵積;葉錶皮細胞壁彊烈硅化,氣孔的保衛細胞壁也形成較厚的硅化層,葉脈兩耑硅化細胞數明顯增多,利于減少水分散失;葉脈上耑機械組織厚度明顯增加,下耑變化不大,泡狀細胞深陷且數量多、箇體大,可在水分缺乏時迅速捲起葉片;上、下錶皮氣孔數也有增加,氣孔下麵形成氣下室,氣體交換作用加彊;葉肉細胞排列整齊、緊密,併與維管束緊密結閤,提高瞭CO-2利用效率;維管束數目顯著增多,單位維管束的運輸能力也明顯提高。

The microscopic structure of P. tenuiflora leaves under different salinity stress were studied and the results obtained are as follows: the leaf blade and mesophyll became thicker accompanied with the wall of leaf epiderm cell and the protective cell siliconed. The number of upper and lower epiderms was increased, stomatic chamber formed under the stomas and the ventilation of air was strengthened. The orderly arranging of leaf blade cell with no difference between palisade tissue, and sponge tissue, being integrated closely with vascular, enhanced the utilizing efficiency of CO-2.
