为控制鼻咽癌复发率，减少远处转移率，对同期放疗病人在放疗第4周末给予顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶静脉输注，每日1次，连续5 d。对照组采用单纯放疗。结果显示：放疗加化疗组鼻咽癌原发灶近期消退率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。提示：在放疗同时加小剂量化疗，有利于提高鼻咽癌病人原发灶的近期消退率。
위공제비인암복발솔，감소원처전이솔，대동기방료병인재방료제4주말급여순박화5-불뇨밀정정맥수주，매일1차，련속5 d。대조조채용단순방료。결과현시：방료가화료조비인암원발조근기소퇴솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。제시：재방료동시가소제양화료，유리우제고비인암병인원발조적근기소퇴솔。
To approach how to control the relapse rate and to decrease the distal metastasis rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, enrolled patients (test group) received radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy. Patients in test group were administrated DDP and 5-Fu intravenous infusion daily for 5 days at the end of the 4th week's radiotherapy.Control group patients were received radiotherapy alone. Results showed that after 3 months of radiotherapy, the short - term completely elimination ratio of nasopharyngeal carcinoma primary focus in test group was remarkably higher than that in control group (P ＜0.05). Suggested that radiotherapy combined with low-dose chemotherapy may do good to raise the primary focus short-term completely elimination ratio of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
