利用试验方法,研制出了一种ZA合金模具TIG焊接专用焊剂。这种焊剂具有合适的熔点、良好的流动性及导电性。焊接性试验及焊接接头的性能检测表明,该焊剂能改善ZA合金模具的焊接性能,提高焊接接头的机械性能,获得适宜的焊缝成分,因此完全能够满足焊接ZA合金模具的要求。
利用試驗方法,研製齣瞭一種ZA閤金模具TIG銲接專用銲劑。這種銲劑具有閤適的鎔點、良好的流動性及導電性。銲接性試驗及銲接接頭的性能檢測錶明,該銲劑能改善ZA閤金模具的銲接性能,提高銲接接頭的機械性能,穫得適宜的銲縫成分,因此完全能夠滿足銲接ZA閤金模具的要求。
이용시험방법,연제출료일충ZA합금모구TIG한접전용한제。저충한제구유합괄적용점、량호적류동성급도전성。한접성시험급한접접두적성능검측표명,해한제능개선ZA합금모구적한접성능,제고한접접두적궤계성능,획득괄의적한봉성분,인차완전능구만족한접ZA합금모구적요구。
A special TIG flux for welding rmould made of ZA alloy is experimentally developed. The flux has advantages of appropriate melting point, good fluidness and good conductivity. The experiments on the weldability of flux and inspection of performance of welded joint show that the TIG flux can improve the weldability of mould made of ZA alloy and enhance the mechanical properties of joint. The appropriate weld component can be obtained by using TIG flux. The flux can meet the needs of the welding mould made of ZA alloy.
