以柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠溶液为缓冲液在高效规整填料塔中进行烟气脱硫。模拟的烟气首先在吸收塔中用柠檬酸钠溶液脱硫,然后富液在解吸塔中释放出SO2,再生的缓冲液返回吸收塔循环使用。研究了影响吸收及解吸效率的各种重要参数,确定了最佳操作条件。对解决SO2污染问题提供了应用基础。
以檸檬痠/檸檬痠鈉溶液為緩遲液在高效規整填料塔中進行煙氣脫硫。模擬的煙氣首先在吸收塔中用檸檬痠鈉溶液脫硫,然後富液在解吸塔中釋放齣SO2,再生的緩遲液返迴吸收塔循環使用。研究瞭影響吸收及解吸效率的各種重要參數,確定瞭最佳操作條件。對解決SO2汙染問題提供瞭應用基礎。

FGD process using citric acid / sodium citrate buffer solution has been carried out in structured packing columns.SO2 in analog flue gas was first absorbed in aqueous sodium citrate solution in an absorption column and then recovered from the loaded solution in a desorption column.The regenerative buffer solution circulated to absorption column again for use.Several important factors that may affect SO2 absorption and desorption efficiency were tested individually.The optimal operating conditions for sodium citrate FGD process in pilot packing columns were determined,which can be extended into largescale FGD design.
