目的：用HRP逆行追踪技术显示家兔肌皮神经躯体神经元的定位。方法：将6只家兔分别切断左侧肌皮肌神经，并在近侧断端涂抹HRP，对躯体运动和躯体感觉神经元的节段性分布进行研究。结果：HRP标记细胞见于脊髓C7节段前角外侧部，同侧C7脊神经节内也出现大量的HRP标记细胞。结论：对比感觉和运动神经元的定位，可见两者间呈对应性关系的节段性分布。
목적：용HRP역행추종기술현시가토기피신경구체신경원적정위。방법：장6지가토분별절단좌측기피기신경，병재근측단단도말HRP，대구체운동화구체감각신경원적절단성분포진행연구。결과：HRP표기세포견우척수C7절단전각외측부，동측C7척신경절내야출현대량적HRP표기세포。결론：대비감각화운동신경원적정위，가견량자간정대응성관계적절단성분포。
To display the location of somatic neurons of the musculocutaneous nerve in the rabbit with retrograde axonal tracing method of horseradish peroxides(HRP). Methods: The experiment was performed on 6 abult rabbits. That was smeared HRP on the proximal cut end of the left musculocution nerves.The location of somatic motoneurons and somatic sonsoryneurons was studied in the distribution. Results: The labered cells in the spinal cord were found in the ipsilateral ventrally gray hornib C7 segments of the latoral part.A number of labered cells appeared in ipsilateral spinal ganglia C7 in all the 6 animals. Conclusion:From comparison and analysis of the sensory and motoneurons location,the same segmental distribution of both is discovered.
