佳灵三特-CA（Closantel sodium）以3～10 mg/kg剂量对亚洲象、长颈鹿、河马等28种草食动物做了驱虫试验。结果表明：在5～10 mg/kg剂量时，草食动物的片形吸虫卵、前后盘吸虫卵及线虫卵转阴率分别为100%（23/23）、98.46%（64/65）、97.80%(89/91)；3 mg/kg剂量不能驱除亚洲象的片吸虫。
가령삼특-CA（Closantel sodium）이3～10 mg/kg제량대아주상、장경록、하마등28충초식동물주료구충시험。결과표명：재5～10 mg/kg제량시，초식동물적편형흡충란、전후반흡충란급선충란전음솔분별위100%（23/23）、98.46%（64/65）、97.80%(89/91)；3 mg/kg제량불능구제아주상적편흡충。
This paper reports the clinical results of Closantelum sodium for expelling endoparasites of Herbivore in Chengdu Zoo. Herbivore of 28 species, including Elephas maxiums, Giraffa cameloparadalis and Hippoptamus amphibius, were tested to be positive for eggs of endoparasites before experiments. They were given Closantelum sodium(Tablet) with dose of 3～10 mg/kg. At the dose of 5～10 mg/kg. eggs of Fasciola hepatica, Paramphistomidae and nematodes in faeces turned to be negative 100%（23/23）,98.46%（64/65）,97.80%（89/91）respectively. But Closantelum sodium with the dose of 3mg/kg.b.w could not kill Fasciola hepatica in Elephas maximus.
