本文研究了微粒助留系统在漂白麦草浆抄造中的助留助滤作用及对填料留着率的影响。先加两性聚丙烯酰胺或变性淀粉,高剪切后,再加入第二种助剂阴离子微粒膨润土或胶体二氧化硅,三种微粒系统在漂白麦草浆抄造中的助留助滤作用均比单一高聚物的助留效果好,而且纸页的强度和匀度也较好。
本文研究瞭微粒助留繫統在漂白麥草漿抄造中的助留助濾作用及對填料留著率的影響。先加兩性聚丙烯酰胺或變性澱粉,高剪切後,再加入第二種助劑陰離子微粒膨潤土或膠體二氧化硅,三種微粒繫統在漂白麥草漿抄造中的助留助濾作用均比單一高聚物的助留效果好,而且紙頁的彊度和勻度也較好。

In the paper,effects of microparticle retention system ondrainage of wheat straw pulp and filler retention are studied in neutral and alkaline papermaking system.Cationic starches,amphoteric starches or amphoteric PAM is added to the papermaking system prior to high shear.Anionic microparticle (colloidal silica or bentonite clay)is added after high shear,the system is found to be more useful to improve filler retention and drainage of wheat straw pulp.The dry strength and formation are also better than single polymer system.
