氯化磷酸三钠复方消毒剂含辅助成分五氧化二磷与表面活性剂，为白色粉末，含有效氯3.44％。为了解其杀灭微生物效果，进行了载体定量杀灭微生物试验。结果，以其含有效氯160 mg/L溶液作用8 min，对布片上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率≥99.97％，好于单纯氯化磷酸三钠(〈99.94％)。以其含有效氯2000mg/L溶液作用30 min，对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率达100％；其含有效氯500mg/L溶液作用15 min，可将不锈钢片表面HBsAg抗原性破坏。有机物对其杀菌效果有一定影响。

The Compound Disinfectant of Chlorinated Trisodium Phosphate contains adjuvantsphosphorus pentoxide and surfactant. It is white powder containing 3.44％ available chlorine.In order to know its germicidal efficacy, carrier quantitative germicical test was carried out.The results showed that its solution containing available chlorine 160 mg/L with a 8 mincontact time killed ≥99.97％ of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on cloth strips,which was higher than the killing rate produced by chlorinated trisodium phosphate alone(＜99.94％). Its solution containing available chlorine 2000 mg/ L with a 30 min contact timekilled 100％o of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strip~ and its solution containingavailable chlorine 500 mg/L with a 15 mia contact time could destroy the antigenicity ofHBsAg on surface of stainless steel coupon. The organic substances had certain influence onits germicidal efficacy.
