针对鞍钢冷轧厂四机架冷连轧机，开发出了以改善成品带钢板形质量为目标的冷连轧机辊型配置综合优化系统。该系统采用了智能化的遗传优化算法，能同时优化连轧机各架轧辊的辊型曲线和辊型凸度。利用该系统优化设计的新的辊型配置方案在四机架冷连轧机上得到了应用，取得了良好的应用效果。

To improve the strip shape quality, the roll shape optimizing system based on genetic algorithms for tandem cold strip mill is designed, which can optimize roll curve and roll crown of all rolls in the tandem cold strip mill. The new rolls optimized by the system are used on 4-stand tandem cold strip mill at Anshan Iron and Steel(Group) Company, and good results are obtained.
