目的：探讨B型超声检查对白线疝的诊断及临床价值。方法：对12例经手术后病理证实的白线疝患者的B型超声表现进行回顾性分析。结果：本组12例中，术前全部进行B型超声检查。瘤体全部位于脐上腹正中线附近的腹壁上，直径3～9cm之间，呈圆形、椭圆形的实性中强回声或肠道混杂性回声团块。结论：B型超声可清晰地显示白线疝的疝内容物，并可对疝内容物定性。
목적：탐토B형초성검사대백선산적진단급림상개치。방법：대12례경수술후병리증실적백선산환자적B형초성표현진행회고성분석。결과：본조12례중，술전전부진행B형초성검사。류체전부위우제상복정중선부근적복벽상，직경3～9cm지간，정원형、타원형적실성중강회성혹장도혼잡성회성단괴。결론：B형초성가청석지현시백선산적산내용물，병가대산내용물정성。
Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of diagnosis and clinicalvalue for hernia of linea alba by ultrasound.Methods：A total of 12 cases diagnosed as hernia of linea alba pathologically and postoperatively were studied and analyzed on ultrasound retrospectively.Results:The masses of all 12 cases located on the abdominal wall on the median line of the abdomen above the umblicus.They are 3-9cm in diameter.Some are round or elliptical shaped solids with moderate or strong echoes and others are messy echoic masses of bowel canal.Conclusions:B-ultrasound can clearly show the contents in hernia of linea alba.
