This paper discusses the metalloginic background, geological characteristics of ore, and the Qi I gold mine's deposit structure. After studying the isotope characteristics of O, S, H, and C of Qi I gold mine, the geochemical characteristics of the ore formation and the geophysical characteristics in the ore mineralized region, the author carefully analyses the metalloginic mechanism of Xinjiang Hatu Gold Mine and roughly predicts its prospecting probability.
