해상,유류:표류확산%연구
根据海上溢油试验结果,分析了油类入海后漂流和扩散过程.经分析认为:(1)海面油类漂流的速度和方向取决于风和表层海流的速度和方向,海面油类漂流的速度和方向基本符合U0=UC=ζW和D=C流+r;(2)海面油类扩散的开头与油类漂流的速度有关,油膜的扩散速度与时间可以用U扩=at-b,来表达,油类漂流速度越大,油膜的开头就越呈现长而窄,反之则呈短而宽;(3)经两起海上沉船兴油事故的实例检验,结果比较接近;(4)在1996年珠江口惠州26-1油田海底输油管线溢油漂流预分析过程中进行尝试,收到了比较好的效果.

근거해상일유시험결과,분석료유류입해후표류화확산과정.경분석인위:(1)해면유류표류적속도화방향취결우풍화표층해류적속도화방향,해면유류표류적속도화방향기본부합U0=UC=ζW화D=C류+r;(2)해면유류확산적개두여유류표류적속도유관,유막적확산속도여시간가이용U확=at-b,래표체,유류표류속도월대,유막적개두취월정현장이착,반지칙정단이관;(3)경량기해상침선흥유사고적실례검험,결과비교접근;(4)재1996년주강구혜주26-1유전해저수유관선일유표류예분석과정중진행상시,수도료비교호적효과.
According to the test results of the drift and diffusion of theoil conducted on the ocean,this paper analyses the drift and diffusion process of the oils into the ocean and consider:(1)the drift speed and direction of surface oils are decided by the speed and directionof the wind and surface current:the oil drift speed and direction accord basically with U0=UC=ζWand D=Ccurrent+r;(2)the diffusion form of surface oils has relationto the drift speed of oil,theat is the faster the drivft the speed of oils is,the oils diffusion speed and tiime can by expressed with Udiffusion=at-b,that is the faster the drift speed of oils is,the longer and narrower the form of oils,ad conversely,the wider adn shorter;(3)the results of two practical examples test during shipwreck oil spill are close to the study result:(4)satisfactory forecast of oil spill drift was obtaned by application of the above to oil pipeline broken in Hui zhou 26-1 offshore oil field in 1996
