为了解现供氧面罩在适体性方面存在的问题及飞行员的使用意见和要求，用问卷并辅以座谈等方式对213名飞行员进行了调查。结果显示，90％以上的飞行员反映配戴面罩不舒适并希望定做，近80％认为面罩造型不符合自己的脸型，70％左右反映夹压鼻面部、配戴调节不便且漏气，50％以上反映太重且有异味。分析表明，现面罩的舒适性和气密性存在较严重的问题，主要原因是面罩体造型与飞行员面型不符；新面罩的设计必须以我国飞行员的三维面型特征作为造型设计依据，并应轻便无异味。

In order to find out the defects of the masks which were being used and investigate the pilots' opinions and demands on masks, 213 pilots were surveyed with inquiry papers and symposium. Over 90 % pilots thought that using masks were discom- fort and wanted their masks to be made to suit their faces. Nearly 80% pilots considered the masks did not fit their faces. About 70 % pilots felt masks squeezed their noses and faces, not easy to don or doff or adjust, and they leaked. More than half of the pilots said the masks were too heavy and had uncomfortable smell. Analysis of the result showed the oxygen masks had serious comfort and seal defects, which were mainly caused by the un- fitness between masks and faces. New oxygen masks should be designed based on the pilots' three dimension face characters, and lighter, handy and no uncomfortable peculiar smell.
