目的 观察针刺人中穴加快吸入全麻患者术后苏醒的效果。方法 40名吸入全麻患者随机分成4组（1、2、3、4）。其中1、2组安氟醚全麻，3、4组异氟醚全麻。1、3组为治疗组，2、4组为对照组。手术结束时治疗组患者以毫针斜刺人中穴,对照组患者常规苏醒，以改进的Robertzon苏醒量表于术后3、6、9、12、15min对患者苏醒程度评分。结果 治疗组患者术后第9min苏醒评分即高于对照组（P<0.05），自第12min起苏醒评分差异显著（P<0.01）。结论 针刺人中穴可拮抗吸入全麻药的中枢抑制,加快吸入全麻手术患者术后苏醒过程。

목적 관찰침자인중혈가쾌흡입전마환자술후소성적효과。방법 40명흡입전마환자수궤분성4조（1、2、3、4）。기중1、2조안불미전마，3、4조이불미전마。1、3조위치료조，2、4조위대조조。수술결속시치료조환자이호침사자인중혈,대조조환자상규소성，이개진적Robertzon소성량표우술후3、6、9、12、15min대환자소성정도평분。결과 치료조환자술후제9min소성평분즉고우대조조（P<0.05），자제12min기소성평분차이현저（P<0.01）。결론 침자인중혈가길항흡입전마약적중추억제,가쾌흡입전마수술환자술후소성과정。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of acupuncture at point Renzhongin facilitating regain of consciousness after operations with inhalation anesthesia. METHOD Forty patients with inhalation anesthesia were divided randomly into 4 groups (1, 2, 3, and 4). The patients in groups 1 and 2 inhaled enflurane and those in groups 3 and 4 inhaled isoflurane. Groups 1 and 3 were treatment groups and groups 2 and 4 were control groups. After operation, acupuncture at point Renzhong was performed only in the treatment groups. The degree of the patients' regain of consciousness was detected 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 minutes after operation. RESULT The ratings for the patients in the treatment group 9 minutes after operation were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the ratings for the former were significantly higher than the latter 12 minutes after operation (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Acupuncture at point Renzhong has the effect of antagonizing the inhibiting effect of inhalation anesthesia and facilitating the regain of consciousness of patients after operation with inhalation anesthesia.
