[目的]探讨工业区大气污染对儿童健康的影响。[方法]在唐山市工业污染区和对照区选取452名儿童为研究对象，进行上呼吸道疾病、肺功能、局部免疫功能的检测和问卷调查。[结果]在均衡了两区儿童的个人生理因素和室内空气污染因素后，污染区儿童上呼吸道疾病检出率增高；肺功能下降；唾液溶菌酶活性降低；SIgA水平升高。[结论]工业区大气污染已对儿童健康产生了危害。
[목적]탐토공업구대기오염대인동건강적영향。[방법]재당산시공업오염구화대조구선취452명인동위연구대상，진행상호흡도질병、폐공능、국부면역공능적검측화문권조사。[결과]재균형료량구인동적개인생리인소화실내공기오염인소후，오염구인동상호흡도질병검출솔증고；폐공능하강；타액용균매활성강저；SIgA수평승고。[결론]공업구대기오염이대인동건강산생료위해。
[Objective] To explore the effects of air pollution on children's health in industrial area. [Methocls]The questionnaires and health examination on diseases of upper respiratory tract, pulmonary function and local immune function were carried out among 452 children selected from industrial polluted area and control area in Tangshan. [Results] After the balance of personal physiological factors of observed children and factors of indoor air pollution in two areas, higher detectable rates of diseases of upper respiratory tract,lower pulmonary function, lower activity of lysozyrne of saliva,higher levels of secretory immunoglobulin A were observed in children in polluted area. [Conclusion] Air pollution had attacked children's health in industrial area.
