目的:研究河南汉族人群中载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因型和等位基因频率以及ApoE表型与血脂水平之间的关系。方法:运用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测了317例健康人的ApoE基因型,按标准酶法和免疫学方法测定血脂和载脂蛋白。结果:研究对象的ε2,ε3和ε4等位基因频率分别为0.068、0.869和0.063,与中国其他地区汉族人群比较差异无显著性。携带ε4等位基因的个体具有较高的TC及LDL-C水平。通过人种间比较发现ε4等位基因频率在白种人群中较高。结论:黄种人群ε4等位基因频率较白种人低;ApoE基因多态性影响血中胆固醇水平。
目的:研究河南漢族人群中載脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因型和等位基因頻率以及ApoE錶型與血脂水平之間的關繫。方法:運用聚閤酶鏈反應-限製性片段長度多態性(PCR-RFLP)方法檢測瞭317例健康人的ApoE基因型,按標準酶法和免疫學方法測定血脂和載脂蛋白。結果:研究對象的ε2,ε3和ε4等位基因頻率分彆為0.068、0.869和0.063,與中國其他地區漢族人群比較差異無顯著性。攜帶ε4等位基因的箇體具有較高的TC及LDL-C水平。通過人種間比較髮現ε4等位基因頻率在白種人群中較高。結論:黃種人群ε4等位基因頻率較白種人低;ApoE基因多態性影響血中膽固醇水平。

Aim: To study the apolipoprotein E (ApoE) genotypes and allele frequencies and the association between theApoE genotypes and the serum lipid levels in Chinese population who lived in Henan. Mathods: The genetic polymorphisms ofApoE in 317 healthy subjects were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorohism (PCR-RFLP). The serum lipids and apolipoproteins were measured with enzymetic methods and immunologic methodsrespectively. Results: The frequencies of ε2 、ε3 and ε4 allele in these subjects were 0.068,0.869 and 0.063 respectively. The sub-jects carrying ε4 allele were associated with increased concentrations of TC and LDL-C. Ethnical comparisons had shown that ε4 al-lele was more common among Caucasian and less common among Yellow race. Conclusion: ApoE e4 allele freqeuncy of Yellow race is much less than that of Caucasian; ApoE polymorphism affects the plasma cholesterol level.
