目的 了解当地初中生结核菌素反应状况.方法 选医院驻地怀来县4所中学5 153名初一年级学生进行标准化PPD试验调查,并对学生年龄、性别、居住来源及结核病流行特点进行调查分析.结果 80.2%的学生集中在13～14岁组,来源干农村者占57.6%,≥5 mm总阳性反应率23.1%,≥15 mm为7.4%.2 219名无卡痕学生PPD反应在≥5 mm,≥10 mm,≥15 mm和≥20 mm分别为16.0%、10.9%、5.9%和2.9%,有卡痕学生结素反应性明显高于无卡痕者;有结核接触史和既往史学生的结素反应均高于无结核接触史和既往史者.结论 把初中新入学学生作为当地结素试验对象,建议将≥15 mm结素反应者列为预防性治疗对象,以减少结核病发生.
目的 瞭解噹地初中生結覈菌素反應狀況.方法 選醫院駐地懷來縣4所中學5 153名初一年級學生進行標準化PPD試驗調查,併對學生年齡、性彆、居住來源及結覈病流行特點進行調查分析.結果 80.2%的學生集中在13～14歲組,來源榦農村者佔57.6%,≥5 mm總暘性反應率23.1%,≥15 mm為7.4%.2 219名無卡痕學生PPD反應在≥5 mm,≥10 mm,≥15 mm和≥20 mm分彆為16.0%、10.9%、5.9%和2.9%,有卡痕學生結素反應性明顯高于無卡痕者;有結覈接觸史和既往史學生的結素反應均高于無結覈接觸史和既往史者.結論 把初中新入學學生作為噹地結素試驗對象,建議將≥15 mm結素反應者列為預防性治療對象,以減少結覈病髮生.

Objective To find out tuberculin reactivity of the students from the local junior mid-dle school. Methods 5 153 students of Grade 1 from 4 middle schools of Huailai were taken the standardized PPD and invested on the age, sex, residence and tuberculosis epidemiological charac-teristics of these students. Results 80.2% students were at the age group 13 ～ 14, 57.6% students living in rural areas, total positive rate (≥5 mm and ≥15 mm) were 23.1% and 7.4% re-spectively. The positive rate of PPD test (≥5 mm、≥10 mm, ≥15 mm and≥20 mm) in 2 219 .students without BCG scare were 16.5% ,10. 9% ,5.9% and 2. 9% respectively. The positive rate in students with BCG scar was higher than that of students without, and that in students with TB con-tact history and TB history was higher than that of student without. Conclusions The junior high school students should be the target of local tuberculin tests and tuberculin positive reaction ≥15 mm can be classified as preventive therapy target to prevent TB emergence.
