采用热喷涂+激光重熔两步法工艺对镁合金表面进行激光熔覆Fe-Ni-Cr-B-Si合金;对熔覆层进行了微观分析及性能测试.结果表明:熔覆层主要由FeCr、FeNi和AlNi_3等相组成,熔覆层的显微硬度、耐腐蚀性及耐磨损性能郜明显高于基体.
採用熱噴塗+激光重鎔兩步法工藝對鎂閤金錶麵進行激光鎔覆Fe-Ni-Cr-B-Si閤金;對鎔覆層進行瞭微觀分析及性能測試.結果錶明:鎔覆層主要由FeCr、FeNi和AlNi_3等相組成,鎔覆層的顯微硬度、耐腐蝕性及耐磨損性能郜明顯高于基體.

Laser cladding of Fe-Ni-Cr-B-Si alloy on AZ91D alloy surface was achieved by two-step method,i.e.thermal spraying and laser re-melting.The microstructure and properties of cladding layer were investigated.The resutls show that the surface layer is composed of phases of FeCr,FeNi and AlNi3.The micro-hardness,wear properties and corrosion resistance are considerably improved as compared to the matrix.
