鉴于当前我国医院信息系统(HIS)开发中存在的选择数据库开发平台和运用开发技术的矛盾,提出一种基于数据库软件Caché的HIS开发思想.分析面向对象后关系型数据库Caché在HIS开发过程中较之于关系型数据库的优势;在应用程序分层模块化设计的思想指导下,构建三层结构HIS框架;并对数据访问层、业务逻辑层和页面表示层三层分别加以实现.应用实践结果表明:基于后关系型数据库Caché的HIS具有速度快、稳定性强、维护方便且成本低的优点,较基于关系型数据库的系统具有广泛的应用价值.

Due to the conflicts between optional database development platform and application development technology,existing in our current Hospital Information System (HIS) development,fn-sfly analyzes the character of post-relational database Caché which is object-oriented and the comparative advantage of relational database.Based on Caché,it develops another Web application development HIS thinking.Such HIS system takes modular design concept and sets up three-tier structure coming from Caché Server Page (CSP).This three-tier includes data-access layer,business-logic layer and page-show layer.And then,it goes into the discussion of HIS application technique.The practice result presents that such post-relational database Caché HIS comes with fast,stable,easy maintenance and low cost advantages.Compared with relational database system,it has more wide range of applications.
