Spinel Li_4Ti_5O_(12) used as negative electrode material for lithium-ion battery has been widely studied because of its reliability and safety in case of overcharge and quick charging performance. The preparing methods at domestic and abroad of spinel Li_4Ti_5O_(12)were introduced.Through some comparison (analysis, )the existing problems,advantages and disadvantages of those methods were discussed, (corresponding) solutions of preparing spinel Li_4Ti_5O_(12) were introduced,and development trend of Li_4Ti_5O_(12) as anode material for lithium-ion power battery were expected.Li_4Ti_5O_(12) is a promising material for (lithium-ion) battery using in hybrid electrical vehicles.
