报告3例Ⅰ型糖尿病并发尿毒症患者接受全胰十二指肠及肾一期联合移植,术后移植胰及肾功能恢复良好,停用胰岛素后,血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)降至正常.本组其中2例胰肾有功能存活分别为3年和2年.例3因移植肾急性排斥,多器官衰竭于术后第22天死亡.作者认为胰肾一期联合移植可同时纠正糖尿病和尿毒症.

Combined kidney and pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in 3 cases of type Ⅰ dia-betics patients with end-stage kidney disease was performed.After operation,the pancreatic andthe renal graft regained normal function and become insulin-independent.The serum creatinineand BUN decreased to a normal level.The survival time of grafted pancreas and kidney with func-tion was 36 months and 24 months in two patients,respectively.One patient was died of multipleorgan failure and acute renal rejection 22 days after operation.It was considered that combinedpancreas-kidney transplantation could be used to treat diabetics and nephropathy.
