目的 研究远志超临界CO2萃取工艺.方法 采用正交试验方法,考察影响远志萃取的因素,建立了超临界CO2萃取最佳条件.结果 远志超临界CO2萃取最佳工艺为:压力30 Mpa,温度45℃,流速25 kg·h-1,时间1.5 h.结论 用超临界CO2萃取远志可以较好的获得其脂溶性成分,提取物可以供进一步深入研究.

Aim To explore the optimal process of supercritical CO2 fluid to extract the components from polygala tenuifolia willd.Methods The extraction process of polygala tenuifolia willd was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the important extraction factors.The best SCF extraction was ascertained.Results The optimal condition for the extraction of polygala tenuifolia willd was as follows: extraction pressure 30 MPa;extraction temperature 45℃;CO2 flow rate 25 kg·h-1; extraction period 1.5 hours.Conclusion The SFE technology used for extracting lipophilic fraction from polygala tenuifolia willd is better than the conventional solvent extraction
