脉冲涡流是一种有效的电磁无损检测技术.基于脉冲涡流检测原理设计了脉冲涡流检测系统,并对矩形脉冲涡流传感器的三维磁场量进行了研究.分别在传感器的不同走向下,使用三维检测传感器获得了三维磁场量的B_x、B_y与B_z曲线.在传感器的不同走向下,提出使用三维蝶形图对缺陷进行检测识别.对三维信号进行特征分析后,分别在不同走向下,通过B_z曲线评估缺陷的深度.通过B_y与B_z曲线的特征可以测量缺陷的长度.为进一步实现飞机机身缺陷的成像检测提供了有价值的参考.
脈遲渦流是一種有效的電磁無損檢測技術.基于脈遲渦流檢測原理設計瞭脈遲渦流檢測繫統,併對矩形脈遲渦流傳感器的三維磁場量進行瞭研究.分彆在傳感器的不同走嚮下,使用三維檢測傳感器穫得瞭三維磁場量的B_x、B_y與B_z麯線.在傳感器的不同走嚮下,提齣使用三維蝶形圖對缺陷進行檢測識彆.對三維信號進行特徵分析後,分彆在不同走嚮下,通過B_z麯線評估缺陷的深度.通過B_y與B_z麯線的特徵可以測量缺陷的長度.為進一步實現飛機機身缺陷的成像檢測提供瞭有價值的參攷.

Pulsed eddy current (PEC) is an effective method that has been demonstrated to be capable of detecting and quantifying defects. Based on the principle of PEC technique, a novel PEC testing probe consisting of a rectangular sensor and three pick-up coils was designed. Three-dimensional magnetic field of rectangular PEC sensor is researched and B_x, B_y and B_z peak waves of 3D magnetic field are obtained in the different scanning directions. Defect can be identified effectively by setting safety zone in 3D butterfly-shaped graph. The depth of defect can be evaluated in both directions and the length of defect can be measured quantitatively.
